All of the scenes have multiple camera setups. A woman enters the room in the first scene, comments on the human toilet, and then shits in his mouth and feeds it to him. There's also a POV toilet shot. She then forces him to drink her piss through a funnel she places in his mouth, also with a POV shot. The next scene is identical to the first, with a different woman. The film goes through several more women using him as a toilet, all force feeding him their shit when they're finished. All of them use western style toilets, except for the few that make him drink piss through a funnel. For those sequences, they are sitting in reverse on a squat style toilet.
