In the first scene, a woman enters the apartment, sits on a western style toilet, and proceeds to shit and piss in the slave's mouth. He eats everything. This is followed by another woman who does the same, also crouching down next to the slave and laughing while he tries to finish eating her waste. It cuts to a different apartment, with the same toilet and slave setup. Two different women enter in succession, one with tattoos and piercings, and use him as a toilet. The next few scenes have a mobile human toilet setup, with the slave and toilet in the back of a van. Several women eat while walking outside and then go to the van to relieve themselves in the slaves mouth. There's one more apartment toilet scene, and in the final scene a woman sits on the slave's face and smothers him in a bondage chair.
